Working on a competition brief for the D&AD awards to design a cover for the film magazine 'Little White Lies'.. I've got two possibles here... and I'm not sure which one to go with... my favourite it the bottom one (white background). It's not dynamic in the same way as the top version, but iI love the contrast and the fact that the eyes follow you around everywhere!

I like the bottom one too. Looking at the top one, something I might try is if you have a white feather on a white background instead of black. It may not work but you could try it.
Thanks Belle... Glad you liked the bottom one too.. That's the one I submitted. I liked the impact of the top one, but there was something not quite right about it for me... If I have time I'll take a look at your suggestion (thank you) and see if that makes me feel differently about it!
