Faun

Gah.... Tough drawing times again (even I'm bored of saying the same damn thing)  . Here's another sketch

Black Moth drawing

I thought I'd posted this sketch I did of the mighty Black Moth... Must be getting old... Anyhoo... Here it is! Taa daa!!

Been toooo quiet on here... Sorry!!

Here's a press photo of one time 'Doughy Scones' frontman 'Dick Dagger'... When the famed rockers fell out over a packet of Jelly Babies, their meteoric rise to fame was cut short. Dick (or Richard Dangler the 3rd to him mother) eventually resurfaced with a record of experimental farmyard noises that was way ahead of its time and was promptly shelved as Dick was dropped from his label. Now, 40 years later, remastered from the original recordings, GLOOP records is planning a lavish anniversary LP/Book edition of 'Moo, Baa, Cock-a-doodle, Quack'

Doodling!

The Spiders (supporting Blood Ceremony at Manchester's Deaf Institute).

... and the headliners themselves.

Here's what they really look like!

Black Moth

Lucky enough to see the mighty Black Moth in my home town today! Bloody marvelous!! Enough said!

Black Moth sketch

Did a 'Brom' inspired sketch for a mock 'Black Moth' sleeve/poster yesterday!

Nocturnals sketch

Marveling at Dan Brereton's artwork again today... I love the Nocturnals, especially Gunwitch! So here's a sketch I did of him this morning.

The Misfits

Had a drawing floating round my head of the current Misfits line up (to celebrate seeing them on my birthday in June!) it took me a lot of paper and wasted sketches to finally get the drawing how I saw it in my head... Here's 2 versions that came the closest to how I wanted it to look.

Mathematical!!

What time is it?

Season Of The Witch

Sunday morning sketch development inspired by 'The First Twenty Years of Hellboy' book I got hold of yesterday... Such a great showcase of Mignola's artwork.

What time is it??

....it's TIKI Time.... With Tiki-stein!!

To Boldly Go...

Another intrepid space explorer sketch.

You can't kill the METAL! It has all the best tunes!

The Dance Of The Dead.
