Student of the Black Arts!Always had this image in mind for the word... though it eventually became a lot more graphic/shape based than originally intended... Happily, it still tells the story I wanted and is instantly recognizable as one of my works (for good or bad).
Having a real miserable time of illustration at the moment... couldn't even tell you why... it's another one of those 'do I even want to draw anymore' times... and it SUCKS!!!!

This is great! Really strong graphic style. I love her face.
I totally understand about the 'do I even want to draw' thing. Lately my thing has been not wanting to do final pieces. I'm actually doing a lot of sketching, just not making finished pieces.
